Interesting weekend at HRBC (part 1)

Busy time for HRBC this weekend.   On Friday we hosted the local Women's World Day of Prayer

‘LET JUSTICE PREVAIL’

which had been prepared by the women of Malaysia

It was a well attended service which Rosemary Boocock had cleverly managed to spread the readings around the local churches.  There was a smattering of gentlemen in attendance too.

Val Wallis took the lead roll. 

Bryan Owen kindly took on the keyboard duty.

Friend of long standing Gillian Ivy shared her thoughts around the theme of injustice and pulled in some 

 parallels between Malaysia and England.

The whole event was concluded with a tea - for which most folk stayed.
