Holiday at Home, day two the 'Tea Dance'.

 The 'dance floor' was well used today.  Eileen may well be hoarse for a week from calling the instructions to the assembled throng.

.......so refreshment time was well appreciated, as was the wonderful fare prepared by our ladies. Lots of time for chat and laughter too

 

.....and served by 'Right Track' (well done team)

 

then a return to the dance floor to exercise the calories away.......

First day of the 'Holiday at Home' - a garden party

 Lots of folk enjoyed the warm Summer afternoon, joining in craftwork (thank you Julie), a quiz (thank you Eileen), and the COOL jaz ! (thank you Mike & Tony).

Please note the change in Singing Cafe days from Tuesdays to Wednesdays. This is to facilitate the change in Parent/Toddler group from Thursdays to Tuesdays !

This is an 'open house' event to which everyone is welcome.

'Last of the Summer Ukuleles' bring fun in bucketloads and some great music.  They perform for charity and this year the charity they support is Houghton Helpers.  They will be performing at the Houghton Carnival on 11th July and the Classic Car Show later in the year.
